CANASTA HAVING ISSUES

Played several hands with a bot that worked fine, but on about the 5th hand the game started having long hesitations.  I'd try to discard but nothing would happen. Then the bot would draw & all of a sudden the card I had tried to discard suddenly worked.  On my next turn I tried to meld and the card went dark but did not leave my hand.  I tried to discard but had the delay again.  A few more turns with the same hesitations for performing actions & the card still remained but it wouldn't let me discard, or meld.  I completed actions with other cards in the hand and would have won the game but the darkened unplayable card remained.  I exited the game and relaunched.  Started another game & the actions I'd try to perform with the cards, draw/discard/meld all had issues that sometimes would work after a delay and other times just stall out.  I tried Canasta on Edge, Firefox & Chrome on my laptop. All had the same issues.
