Canasta HD - Rating goes down after winning games

This is the second time this has happened. I win fair and square, receive the proverbial  "Congratulations , you won!"  message only to have my rating decrease by the associated points as if I had lost the game (a decrease of 23 the first time it happened and tonight, a decrease of 13).  In each instance, it occurs when I play a ranked player that has more than 1100+ rating.

I have a 55/out of 100 ranking but whenever I get close to a high 800 rating, I noticed that I keep losing until I am almost am in the low 700's.

I do that and still don’t get points when I win. Or points taken away

The same thing happened to me.

it takes your points when you win game playing lower rating every time in canasta. that is not right . i have lost a lot of points ,why is this issue not fixed. i liked the old pogo canasta where you could pick room and players by ratings . i have lost 30 pts. at a time playing low rating

I have the same issue. my rating can vary just changing from one screen to another. I just finished a game with someone with a much higher rating, and my rating dropped more than 30 points after losing. Other times, I play someone with a similar or high rating, and my rating drops after winning.

It takes some time to increase one's ratings, and it's frustrating to lose progress due to a pogo bug. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the bug - just random ups and downs of my rating.

This has also happened to me a lot lately. This and gin are the only two games i play and if I cant play Canasta I may just cancel my membership. Especially if they dont give us any answers .

My rating went from over 1500 to 1200 from the time i logged out and back in...why?
