Cannot login to my Club Pogo

Cannot log in to my Club Pogo page.  Was working fine last night, but not this morning.  I used to be able to talk to someone at Pogo on the phone.  I am not computer savvy enough to understand what's going on.  It does tell me I have an active account and I have notice from my bank that I renewed my membership in Janj. 2022.  Please, can I please talk to someone who can walk me through this.  I'm desperate and unset.  Thank you.

    I payed my yearly charges and you say I am not a member. Shilo 85711 is my name I use. I have never used Gmail. My email is [edit: email address removed].

    } agree completely, have been trying for a month to reach POGO.. The phone number does not not work. Thre is no way to communicate with them.. They take your money and run.

    @EA_Illium UABLE TO GET ANY GAME, JUST RENEWED FOR ANOTHER FULL YEAR WITH MY DISCOVER CREDIT CARD AND NO GAMES AVAILABLE FOR OLE LADY CLARK GOING ON 87 YEARS OLD DEC 2, 1935, WHERE ARE MY GAMES OR SEND ME A GDJULY 29K REFUND FROM MY DISCOVER CREDIT CARD PAID ON 7/29/22???????????????????????????????????????????????????
