Can't access account
I accidentally put a password for my screen name. Since I couldn't change it I created an account with a wrong email. I emailed customer support and heard nothing until I receive an email that my card has been changed. How the hell do I cantact support

If you're unable to access the email for a particular EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. There is not an inbound email, but you can get in touch by creating a case directly.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you aren't able to access the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
