claire hart secrets in the shadows

having trouble with episode 33 of claire hart secrets in the shadow when i click on the gold key it wont recognize that i found it in the scene so i dont get credit for finding it this happens in the...

I've told them that, 3 times, I even sent them a screen shot, with the error. They aren't willing to FIX the game.

    Unless there is more than 1 Gold Key, you can't complete this game, by getting the "Game's Gold Key"
