Cookie Connect - unable to advance past level 60

For weeks now I have been unable to advance past level 60 on Cookie Connect on Pogo.  I have cleared cache, history and cookies on all browsers.  I have tried with Chrome, firefox and safari.  There ...

Same issue and I was past level 60.  Playing level 2 for the badge but what a waste of time. Game is clearly broken.
