Cookie Connect - unable to advance past level 60

For weeks now I have been unable to advance past level 60 on Cookie Connect on Pogo. I have cleared cache, history and cookies on all browsers. I have tried with Chrome, firefox and safari. There ...

Clearly they are unable to fix the problem. If that is the case remove Cookie Connect from the POGO site. How hard can that be?
