Daily Sudoku not loading

Daily Sudoku is not loading, and there are people unable to complete the weekly challenge. Please advise.

    Hi @Player_ponrke9c

      

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    In the chat some people posted a workaround.  It didn’t work for me or others in the chat. Pogo makes it so darn hard to get tech support.  It is frustrating.

    I am having the same problem. I have tried all the suggestions. I have attached a screenshot of what I get. This first happened yesterday, August 19.

    I have been having the same issue for two days. The daily puzzle loads fine, but the weekly challenge game loads with no numbers.  I have followed all the suggested fixes with no results.  Since Firefox is the only browser that I can get my password accepted on, I cannot try any other browser.  Separate issue, but that's been the case for several months.

    Been having the same issue for the last two days now. The game won't entirely load. I get the same screenshot as the last screenshot loaded.

    This game has become completely unplayable, now. After the initial screen and pause, I get this:

    You can choose a game but it's completely frozen; NONE of buttons or numbers respond.
