Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45

Is Pogo ever going to fix this game? I haven't been able to get Claire Hart: Secrets in the Shadows to load for at least a month now. There are challenges I can't play. It keeps telling me to refresh...trouble loading the episode.
