Farm Merge Level 31

When I reached level 31 in Farm Merge, the content that the level was supposed to produce showed up on my computer screen in the game, but I had to leave the computer before I clicked on the content that level 31 had produced only to come back to the computer/game and there were missing.  I left it for 24 hours as suggested in hopes the items would reappear, only they didn't.  How can I get the items that were supposed to come with Level 31?
