Purple box with yellow ribbon has never cleared off my board. How do I fix this? Please give step by step instructions. I believe i have cleared my caches and it's still there. I can move it around but nothing happens when I click on it and I can't dig it up. Please help.

I have had a FREE purple box with yellow ribbon on board forever. I can't open it by clicking the box or by clicking the matching icon that's on the left hand side of my screen. I am on a laptop Windows 11 version 24H2. I believe I have cleared my cache and my cookies. I have tried in both Edge and Chrome and it just stays where it is taking up valuable real estate. I cannot dig it up either. It isn't stuck in the sense that I can move it to other squares on the board. I click the box and the icon a million times a day hoping that this will be the time it works and finally get rid of it to no avail. Anybody have any other options for me to try? Step by step instructions would be great.
