Farm Merge Valley lost currency when purchasing energy/crates/opening chests

Hi, I was playing farm merge valley, and I ran out of crates, so I went and got 2,250 gems (Best Value) went back to the game and bought crates at 750 gems you get 3,500 crates.  I did this 3x, I sho...

I spent 260 gems Farm Merge to get energy gems taken but did no receive the energy

what can I do to either get gems back or the powerups
