Finished the sticker book but did not receive the rewards of 3500 energy and 2750 crates. Is there a fix am I getting them later or am I just out of luck?

I enjoy Farm Merge, and, finished a sticker album yesterday, (yay) and did not get my 3500/2700 rewards!! Screen froze and then went blank. Can someone help me get these rewards? Thanks!!!!!
Finished the album and did not get the 3500 in energy or the 2750 in crates. Just got a golden chest with a cosmetic item and 2 level 5 greenhouses. How do I get the proper reward this is crazy.

Same bro no crates no energy for completion. We got ripped man.
Just a heads up i talked to customer support they advised I "give it a few more hours to see if it will appear and if not contact them again." So no help. I asked if I wake up and it's not there, what outcome will I have by contacting them again. They said they cant manually add it to my account but they would notify "the studio."
This doesn't sound good.
I completed the Farm Sticker challenge and i never received the prizes at the end. It has a button to claim but when i went back to the game it wasn't there. All of the extra stuff i had are gone too and the sticker challenge just started over. I spent a lot of time and money on Gems to complete it and i would like to have the prizes. Please fix this issue for me. Thanks
I had the same thing just happen to me....... I received a Silo but not the promised prizes of energy and supplies and my album and all my extra stickers are gone.
Same here. Have played the last 2 grid games and got no stickers at all in either.
same, i got no 3500 energy or the crates!!! In the group chat in Farm Merge we are all talking about not getting our REWARDS.
