I have been screenshotting the heck out of most of the games I play regularly, trying to find some rhyme or reason as to what in the world is happening to the weekly stats. Looking back, I can see that my Rank Rewards on 9/23 show 333439 / 455338 - the same as it shows today!

OMG! I can't believe what an unbelieve clusterf Customer Support is. My apologies to anyone I have directed there!!!

The first two times I tried to report this problem it took me to:

Since it is NOT a "Game or server connection" problem I tried again - rewording the problem.

It took me to the same place, so I tried "Launch tool"

I have no idea what a Connection Score is, but this is CLEARLY not the right place to direct me!!!

And now I see my "support options" for "Game features" are to read an article or come to these forums!

ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME.   (Sorry EA_Claus​ , I am yelling now - this is amazingly frustrating!!!!!!!!!)

I have screen shots showing that sometime between 8-26-26 and 9-23-26, Rank Points stopped accumulating. I have been at Rank 64 with 121899 Experience since at least 9/23 - despite my Items merged number increasing by 10,841 items, opening 11,722 delivery crates, clearing 24 toolboxes, clearing 44 land tiles, repairing 1 building, and completing 1,346 orders!

Why is it so hard to report this so someone will LOOK AT IT???
