Hello! Sorry to hear you are not able to access Merge Academy today, I double checked the game before replying to you and at this time it is loading and playing as designed.

Here are a few quick things you can try that often fix this kind of issue:

• Clear your Browsers Cache and Cookies
• Check for Browser and System Updates
• Graphics driver update: Outdated drivers can cause rendering issues

These are generally the most common reasons for white screens on our devices. 

If you’re unsure how to do any of these, a quick search like “how to update my graphics driver on (your device)” will bring up helpful guides and videos. Most of these steps take less than a minute!

Hello! Sorry to hear Merge Academy is not loading for you - the game changed recently.

There was the Treasure Trove event and now it is back to regular Merge Academy. When we see events or changes on the site for any reason, this is a key moment to log out of Pogo and clear our cookies and cache. Why? The language changed.

Why Clearing Your Browsers Cache and Cookies Helps After Game Changes:

🗣 Language or Script Updates: If the game’s code or language files were updated, your browser might still be trying to load the old versions. This mismatch can cause loading errors or visual glitches.

🚂 Cached Assets: Your browser stores images, scripts, and layout files to speed up loading. But when the game updates, those cached files may be outdated or incompatible.

💥 Session Conflicts: Logging out and back in resets your session token. If the game’s login system or user data structure changed, an old session might block access.

🎡 Cookie Settings: Cookies store preferences and game state. If the game’s structure changed, old cookies could cause misbehavior or prevent proper loading.
