Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?



Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)

Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

Fc mobile is not starting for it just says sorry unknown error I’ve done everything reinstalling the game restarting my device it’s not working

  Would you mind looking over the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide and trying a few steps to help resolve the issue once more, this will ensure your browser loads the freshest version of Pogo and prevents any leftover old data from causing loading issues or display problems.
