I am not able to open gifts from pogo

When you click on Gifts, what happens for you? Are you able to get to the screen to accept the gift?

two issues the gifts page won't load and if it does you cannot see or accept them It continues to show 3 gifts from the anniversary but cannot access them may have to drop my club membership since so many things no longer work ....
Wow should have come here days ago. I tried one more time when I left here and it finally worked!!
