Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?



Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)

Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

When I report a glitch in a game I expect the EA tech wizards to fix it. I do not like them putting the onus on me as a player to reconfigure anything on my computer. WHEN THE GAME HAS WORKED PERFECTLY FOR UP TO 20 DAYS STRAIGHT AND THEN I RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM...IT IS NOT ON MY END!! We pay you for your technical help and we take the time to report an issue for the benefit of us all. Please look into the issue with Yahtzee wild just after daily rewards on day twenty. The glitch is in the game, NOT my computer. Thank you.

@CareAllB I am having same problem and can't get any help , mine resets at 18 even after I have gone in and claimed it , tried reporting this but no way to do that

  I am having the same problem. It is not my computer. EA please fix this . The game always resets on day 25, 26, 27 . Does anyone in EA ever read these issues? The problem is on your end not on mine.

    This just happened to me for the third time. It is always when I reach a large number like 27 or 35, not sure what number the first time. I spend hours waiting to click on it so I can go to bed and not miss the points and the last thing I need is someone telling me it is my computer when I have done all that many many many times. FIX YOUR PROBLEMS PLEASE!
