I am having the same issue the issue for me is sweet tooth macaroon level 6, this happens via sweet play mode or if I enter from the shop.

As soon as I have made first move. this is a conveyor belt level. I just lost 9 gems by purchasing a muffin tray to see if this fixed the bug now I have just wasted 9 gems very frustrating, it has been this way for the past 3 days. 

I use a MacBook Pro with safari.

 

how do I claim my gems back? any advice
