i can't chat on lottso express hd or jet set solitare- it says error

My entire Pogo Bowl League has had chat problems for over 3 months. We continually lose chat. It disappears and all that is left is the big black area where our chat is supposed to be. We get a message that pops up saying, "looks like something went wrong, please try again later. This happens every night to at least 3 or 4 of our players. All we were ever told was to clear browser and check for updates. I could not make anyone understand that it isn't one person having trouble, it is everyone in our league. I know all of our computers didn't crash at the same time. We also are experiencing double chat when we post. Also, I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but we all use the table chat feature. I sure wish someone would look into these problems. It sure is hard to run a league when we have no chat.
