your chat is worse than horrible. You should rename your help section, but there is never any help whatso ever at any time.

I know this is a different thread, but I'm very frustrated with several games suddenly disconnecting. Dice City lets me get most of the way through a game, then says you've been disconnected. This is not an issue of my provider. I have a very robust, wide-bandwidth connection. Can someone help?

I have been missing badges for 5 or 6 days or so. When I go to the chat, nothing is ever done. I still don't have the badges, and now the case is marked as fixed
