Issues with Farm Merge

I am also having this problem on the spinner as well as on Elyra the Hopeful pogi selections

Me too! so annoying! 

I play on an Android phone. Closing out of the game and clearing my cache doesn't help. FARM MERGE VALLEY crates won through both Spin the Wheel and the Pogi Constellation are not being awarded on my account beyond the default free total of 40. When my game already had 40 crates regenerated after not being played overnight, the additional 40 I won on the spinner did not add to my total. When I used up all my crates first, closed the game, and then chose 90 supplies as a Constellation award, it only gave me 40 crates. I only get the total amount of supplies from outside sources if the award is 40 or less and my game balance is zero. So far, the awards for completing a single page of the sticker book ARE credited immediately while I am playing, but I have not completed an entire book yet. The same thing happens with MERGE ACADEMY energy: points earned in the special game or from filling orders get added to my total, but energy earned OUTSIDE the game is never added beyond the regenerating maximum of 100 points.

I am having the same problems. No crates from Pogi Meter, not the correct amount of merge bonuses. 

not getting credit for farm merge bonuses.  also got 80 crates from daily perk but never got them
