Jewel Academy freezes on level 393

Playing Jewel Academy, level 393, the jewels freeze up just as I am about to win....only seems to happen on this level. What's going on?

    Hey there, @msvette1. I'm just checking in. Are you still having difficulty with freezing?

    If you're still freezing and are able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot in figuring out this issue. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac? I'll be happy to take a look as to why the game isn't running smoothly for you.
