Hello! Sorry to hear the game is going black and starting all over, that indeed can be very frustrating, ugh.
Pogo is a browser‑based gaming site and relies heavily on our browser’s settings, cache, and available system resources. When the screen goes black and resets, it usually means the browser is having trouble rendering the game. Here are a few things that often fix it:
- Clear your browser cache so the game loads fresh files
- Disable extensions like ad blockers or script blockers, which can interfere with Pogo games
- Update your browser to the latest version (Windows users had a big one over the last week)
- Turn on hardware acceleration in your browser settings
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox)
- Close extra tabs or programs if your device is running low on memory
