The Jungle Gin issue is apparently permanent and so one of the games I regularly play (and subscribe to Pogo for) is simply gone. I guess EA's tech people feel that they are doing their job when they tell a paying client that it's the client's fault. So I give up. I will let the idea of playing Gin on Pogo go. A game having problems now and again is OK. But a game that just stops working isn't OK. And when the people paid to maintain these thing simply pass it onto the customer, it's not OK either. I've been playing Gin for YEARS and this problem suddenly has shown up, for a lot of people, and you're going to insist that it's our computers that are suddenly the problem... It makes no sense and is not helpful. (PS. When I mentioned Dice City's problem, you gave me a 'fix' that was almost insulting. Do you think someone who's been playing these games for multiple years doesn't already know to click the friends tab to see friends' games? It's almost as if you are doubting the complaints you are receiving.).
