Jungle Gin - Cards Not Moving / Unresponsive
Why can't I do anything in Jungle Gin? Cards will not move. Something is terribly wrong!

indeedmr703: You mentioned the cards aren't moving. I've played a game there, and they move for me. When they didn't, it was because I hadn't yet taken a card from the top of the deck when my turn started again. Could you double-check you're grabbing your card at the start of your turn?

OMG you think we're talking about forgetting to take a card from the deck? NO!! When this happens to me, it is more of a game freeze. I am in the middle of a game playing with a live person, and all of a sudden there is only one card on the page and it is frozen. This happens about once per month to me. I finally leave the game and then am penalized for leaving the game! (with points). It is maddening. And you tell us to just grab a card when it's our turn. OMG....that is ridiculous. We are not idiots.
My touch screen does not help with your solution....not the problem....this has been going on for at least 6 days now.
jungle giin will not let me draw cards
I never had problems drawing cards. Mine was that Jungle Gin would not load until I tried like 6 times. Then no one joined my game. In total, it takes me about 10 tries to get into a pro game. I have windows 11 and everything has been updated with them plus I clear my cache and cookies daily. I am still having the same issues, no change. You keep saying "solved" but it is not solved. This is not a problem on my end. It is on yours. I only like a few games on Pogo, and this one is my favorite. I play it every evening. Now it's a nightmare every single time. Thanks
GREAT...now I can't get into Jungle Gin at all!!! I open the game and select my type of game from the menu "pro". Then I click on it forever and nothing happens. It won't even open at all now, even after 10 tries. I tried on google chrome, edge, and firefox. Same thing on all of them. I cannot get into the game. Instead of getting better, now it's worse. My favorite game, that I am paying for, long time member two times in my life and I can't play the one game I like. babydoe998
