This has been going on for too long now. It has a hard time loading then when it does load the cards take too long to spread across the screen, Some people will just stop the game. Please try to get this fixed. I love this game.

Hello and thanks for reaching out! At the end of last year there was a Service Announcement on Jungle Gin that was posted by Pogo Sconnie and this issue has been resolved. You can view his postings here in Pogo Forums Announcements > Games Forums Home | Service Update - Jungle Gin
I double checked the game on my end, and it is currently working as designed on the Pogo website 🙂
Regarding Word Whomp not loading, this could be happening for various reasons that a few system checks can help resolve, here is a posting on steps and checks you can do for Word Whomp > Word Whomp Issues

🌟When a game suddenly stops showing graphics, displays odd screens, is missing textures, or crashes right as it tries to render the game, the issue is generally our graphics driver needing attention. Hello babs4933 this issue is a little different, if something is taking too long on our devices this generally points to lack of resources on our device not the Pogo website moving slow.
Insufficient RAM or CPU performance can cause our device to struggle with browser‑based gaming, since these sites require intensive data handling and real‑time processing. This is far more demanding than standard web activities such as online shopping.
Please ensure to follow the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide and have other websites closed before trying to game on your device. These three steps should help with how quickly the cards are dealt.
Hope this helps and Take Care 🙂
