lost energy in merge academy

the game crashed and when I got it back up all my energy was gone.  I just got 100 for finishing the area.

    Sorry, this happened to you, ugh. Try contacting them directly to see if they can help you with this glitch.

    How to use EA Help

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I want to report a bug in my game (3rd row 10th down)
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email instantly.

@abbycattxFor the fix the chat agent just sent me back here to look for help. I clicked on the "me too" button since it had already been reported (Thanks keno538tvx) and....we're back to nowhere.

It just happened again. I lost all my energy before even getting into the game. I had 100 upon entering the main screen, clicked on the marketplace and checked the amount of time before the treasure chest bonus renewed, and when I went back, everything was gone!. I still haven't even gotten a response regarding the first claim.

    I have a question for you, while you wait.

    "and when I went back, everything was gone!"

    When you are checking on times or collecting anything, are you hitting the

    "Save Button" before you exit? No matter what, always hit the save button.

      I ALWAYS hit that button!

      • I click play from the home screen
      • Click on marketplace.
      • X out of marketplace (still have time to wait)
      • Click on Map (to collect ! points or see how long to wait)           AND MY ENERGY IS GONE =(
      • That map is the save button and I click it between each move after collecting rewards and exiting the game.

        Let's wait for our Community Manger to look into this, since Customer Service told you to come here. I will raise this question to the top to try and get more attention (hope it works).

        It looks like your issue is becoming widespread, there are more reports here in EA Help and on the Pogo Forums with other players reporting the same issue.
