i am also having a problem with Lucky Cat Bingo freezing and have lost tokens in the mean time. how do i solve this problem? thank you

So sorry for any inconvenience or mixup...I must have made a typo. So good of you to point that out.

you said in an earlier post that you cant play 5 card games .. it doesn't exist .. there's only 2 card which are free & 4 & 8 cards that you use tokens to play. I play the free games when I have nothing to do so I get the tokens up for when I want to play 4 card games!. good luck

This game still has so many issues.  I was up way higher than the level it has be at.  I am now back to level 4.  I had finished the kitchen but now all that is gone.  I cant find any place to get help.  Why not make a button you can just click on instead of making it almost impossible to get help.  You have a ton of problems with the games but no problem when it comes to taking money.  This has gotten very old.

I like Lucky Cat Bingo however, I do not understand why POGO makes it so hard to earn enough tokens to play 5 cards.  It is very frustrating that in a two card game the Bots always win.  What is going on?  If you don't want us to get to play five cards do not ask us to do a challenge without the 5 cards.  This needs to be fixed.

jetmyx​  Hello and thanks for reaching out!  I’m sorry for the confusion around the Bonus Number option, I can definitely help clarify how it works.

At the end of the game, you may see an offer to purchase a Bonus Number for 35 gems. If you choose to buy it, the game board will briefly reappear to show the guaranteed Bingo you receive—but the game itself is already finished at that point. Whether you select the option or skip it, you won’t lose any tokens, and your final results remain secure.

On the screen below, you’ll notice two key elements:

• A “Skip” button, which lets you decline the purchase immediately.
• A white circular countdown timer, which lasts for about 11 seconds. If no action is taken before the timer ends, the offer simply disappears and your final total is displayed automatically.

This feature is designed to give players an optional chance to boost their results without affecting the outcome of the completed game.

Before replying to you I played several games using the skip option and not selecting anything at all during the end of games, both options appear to be working as designed on the Pogo website.

Thanks EA_Rtas .. an existing problem is when the box shows up asking if we want to pay 30 Gems to get an extra Bingo .. that screens covers the whole game page & when I click on NO, its clicking on a number in the game that wasn't even called so I lost tokens even though the game was over!!! Maybe you can do something about that? Thanks in advance ... jetmyx from australia!

Yes the game is awful
