Lucky cat bingo is not registering coins for rewards

Ditto, not earning tokens, but it subtracts tokens as I play. No error messages. Playing on Android.thx much.

Yes, I just played 2 games and got 3 bingos. When Bingos reach 0, the game freezes and does not reward the points or Bingos. I played earlier today and all was good. But now it is broken.  There have been a ton of technical issues with Pogo in the last few weeks. What is going on?

Same question. I just noticed that in addition to no tokens being awarded during the free game, my cat coins had been deducted even though I could only play the free game. Will we be reimbursed?  On top of that, the game freezes following the last bingo called making participation in the game an exercise in futility.

Come on we pay good money for Pogo and there is always some problem with the games.  You offer games and then we can't even play them.  When will Lucky Bingo be fixed

Been playing this morning now having issues again with Lucky Cat Bingo lost gems and unable to play numbers. I have to log out and come back in and also losing tokens for previous game! I pay too much for being a monthly player and buying gems. I want someone to address the issues

I have signed in and out of pogo. I even restarted my computer and signed in again. After 5 times of this it is still not registering anything I have won. I am working on a challenge.

Hello! Which challenge are you working on?

Working on 35 Bingos under diamond ruleset. Never awarded enough tokens (even though I've "earned" them according to payment schedule) to be able to buy into the game so participating in challenge is an exercise in futility. If Pogo is going to publish a challenge the specific game  needed to fulfill challenge requirements ought to actually function so that the goal is attainable.
