Its happening again ... is it because its in an event?
Nothing 'Spectacular' about a site that doesn't work properly.
I'm playing a 4 Card Game .. 15 numbers have been called and all of a sudden they wont be daubed, ugh.
Game hasn't frozen cos the caller is still calling numbers, just cant daub them.
I have been having problems with Lucky Cat Bingo I would go in but sometimes it freezes up
I was playing on lucky cat bingo 1/28/26. I had 130 gems. the game asked me about 4 cards. I said no then it froze up. I closed out the game to restart when I went back 30 of my gems went missing. and it is not the only game that freezes up but its the only one that just takes my gem with out permission. I have been trying for days to get help with this. I have been a member of pogo for over 20 years it used to be you could email pogo for help they would call email you help you. now you have this so call community all that is guides no real help ea support they tell me they cant help they are a different company. so if any one really know the email to pogo technical could you please reply to me thanks
i get bingos and can not get them. it happens quite often. they do not do anything about it. i am about to cancel my prescription.
I am having trouble with lucky cat bingo. the numbers are being called and I can't daub them. The game goes on but I cannot play. I have wasted countless coins getting the four card game and then it just freezes and I cant get the coins back or the Daubs. frustrating because I am trying to get the badge.
