Mahjong Sanctuary not working!!! No new Animals for 3 years either!!!

Mahjong Sanctuary - I still can not play Level 1601 and I have not received any new animals for 3 years as I keep getting notified that they are available.

Level 1601 will not open for  me either.  

Several players are reporting they are not able to access the new levels of 1601-1625, however can see them. From the information I could find online, the game stops at Level 1600 with 2 biomes in Safari and Artic.

New levels and animals are in process, the rumored animals are Emu, Kangaroo, and Wombat. However, this could all change at any time, there are no preset dates for release and based on speculation.

From May 14, 2024: "Pogo has added 25 new levels in Mahjong Sancturary today. The game now goes up to 1600 levels. Play all-new puzzles! You must have opened the current Biome by completing all of the previous Biome Levels in order to see this new content."

Players on the Pogo Forum have alerted moderators about Levels 1601 - 1625, the need of many more animals, levels and players having over 10k-20k each of unusable earned items (wow). The Pogo Moderator stated these issues have been reported. Let's try and be patient with them and with each other, this is a lot I know.

July 1, 2024 Update:

Level 1601 will not load.

I have the exact same issue.  No new animals for 3 years and level 1601 won't open.

i'm glad the issue with mahjong santuary has been noticed . hope it gets to working soon. I as well, cannot play the levels 1600 - 1625

New levels (1601) don't open when pressed. 

same problem no 1601 no new biome despite a message announcing their arrival, 

new levels in mahjong sanctuary won't open for me either

I can't access the new levels in the game. I'm on level 1601.
