Mahjong Sanctuary won’t load arctic map

I have completed the first sanctuary map. When I try to open the arctic map, it loads to 99%, goes black and returns me to the first sanctuary map page. I can play the arctic games by pressing “play next level”, but can’t work on the map. Any ideas?
