mahjong sanctuary won't load past the "you have tasks" window get there and stays there can't progress level 533 and all my tasks are caught up

@55dolphan Can you clear your cookies and cache and confirm if this still happens?
i've cleared my cookie & cache and this still happens i've also tried using a different browser and it still happens

I use microsoft edge, it always played well on that. I've tried google & firefox still the same no matter which one I use. I play on a dell laptop
hahjongsanctuary has jamed on level 450 played it several times and wont move on the next level what can i do
450 is the highest level in the Savannah Biome. Once you have completed all your tasks and spent your stars you can move on to the arctic biome. You should see a little map on the lower left side of your screen.
cleared board game stuck won't move if I leave I lose my scores
I can click on the white arrow on the icon for these games but never reach the landing page to load the games. The screen stays solid black, no change when I try to reload. I can play Free cell, just don't want to. this is 5/10/21 at 11:20 PM CDT.
It took me at least 30 minutes to try everything I could think of on my computer then make this trouble report. When I got back to the Pogo homepage and tried again, the game came up fine. Fast work guys, thank you 🙂.
