mahjong sanctuary won't load past task

I've done everything asked of me, I've posted, I've gotten incident #'s - to look as those you would think that this issue has been fixed, but it hasn't been,  its been a long time since this worked for me.  I've been patient, but do you have any idea when this might be fixed or is there someone else I can talk too   thanks dawn

@EA_Illiummahjong sanctuary i'm still waiting on it's been since april since I could play this game I can play on my sisters acct on my comp with no problem & load mahjong but I cannot play on my acct no matter what comp I use can anyone help at all
