Mahjong Sanctuary

I am playing level 1595 over and over again.  A LOT OF TIMES day after day!   Used numerous ways to get it.  Can anyone tell me WHY so difficult?   Any tips please would be greatly helpful and appreciated.  Thanks      I usually have solved a lot of difficult games in time.  But, this one is a doozy!
