Matching moments - Can't make a Move

I have the same problem on matching moments and the new poker one can't work on badges

Game will not load   playing on desk top

Same here, cannot play at all and it just freezes with no error message missing out on event from this, really not fair at all

It looks like we have a couple of different loading issues mixed in together here. Which one would you be running into? For example: 

• Matching moments - Can't make a Move
• Matching Moments - Loading bar freezes
• Matching Moments - Loading bar doesn't show percentage
• Matching Moments - Loading Issues - Stuck on Loading Screen
• Matching Moments - Loading Issues - Game won't open

If none of those match, could you share a bit more about your loading issues?

Sorry to hear you've been expericing loading issues for a few days now with Matching Moments. Loading issues can show up in a few different ways and have a few different causes. To help narrow things down, could you share a bit more?

Same for me, for about 3 weeks now. I've played it before with no problem. Now it loads, but I can't make a move. I had the same thing happen with the Daily Sudoku game some months ago, and it mysteriously started working again after a while.

I see...hmmm 🤔It might help to try a few quick troubleshooting steps and see if those solve it for you. If they don't, they will help rule out some potential causes so it's worth doing either way. I've popped them below, please give them a try:

1. Check and approve any pending updates on your device and browser. For example, on PC and Chrome 
2. Closing other running programs and browser tabs can help by freeing up resources, like processing power and memory
3. Clear your browser’s cache. Search "clear cache" in a search engine like Google to learn how to do it.
4. Turn off any pop-up blockers on your browser.
