Matching Moments - Loading Issues - Stuck on Loading Screen

Hi.  The game starts up and then you can hit the reward - following the girl comes out and I hit the button - all of a sudden it is no longer downloading - can't play at all. I'm playing on Mac Boo...

Thanks for describing it Judyjudyjudy42​. Would you be able to snap a screenshot of the point where the girl comes out? I'm trying to place it, but it might help if I could see what you're describing, and a screenshot might do the trick for that.

Ok... it might be the browser you're using. Could you test this on Safari, Firefox, or Chrome?
