Matching Moments - Stuck after hitting Play

When will this issue be corrected.  I have reported it several times and still nothing resolved.

It freezes and won't respond at the coin level. I have cleared my cache and rebooted, also tried the app and Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome

I haven't been able to work on the challenges or play at all for the last 3 days.

I want an answer and correspondence from someone!

Hello,

Matching moments is still ,not working. Same problem since weeks. It freezes at this level. As you can see  the bonus window is empty. As long as it is empty nothing happens when you click on "play" (jouer)

Everything is working on the page except the access to the game. I.e. the clocks work, no problem

Matching Moments still will not play, it freezes as soon as you hit PLAY.  I have reported this before and one night was able to play three times before it froze up for good.  Makes you wonder why it keeps showing up as a game for specialty games and tournaments when players are reporting an issue.

Mine is also doing the same, worked for day and we pay for this its getting old

I've been in the coin mode off and on for the last month. A little over a week ago it freezes at the screen to press play. This has been brought up over and over and no fix looks to b coming. I don't mind playing in the coin mode until they create more levels but I don't like paying for something and have the problems ignored and it feels like that's what is happining.

For some reason the current event is glitching it telling me to claim items I have already claimed plus when I used the amount of stars needed to fix something it works fine so then I go and play another round then when i get done winning the round it asking me to pick an item for that last thing that I fixed and it does it after every round I play

Matching moments still won't load. This has been going on for days. Gets to the window to click play and goes no further. Can't click the box to close it either. Only thing you can do is exit game. Hope you fix this soon. Thanks.

still freezing when you go to play button .So can't play. stkfc20 google chrome
