MATCHING MOMENTS- doesn't want to load, just black screen.

Same here  have tried safari,  chrome I have tried rebooting many times. Also shut down laptop and still don’t get it. Same thing happens with solitaire home study.   When my sister signs on under her name on my laptop she can play  with no problem  so why is it she can play those games on my iPad and i can’t. I enjoy those games and losing not getting the challenges done. Please fix this. It says website crashed 

Same problem with matching moments as well as solitaire home story.  It’s seriously becoming an issue for me.  I’m not computer savvy and trying to read all the instructions to gather the info you want is overwhelming.  Heck, I have a hard time copying and pasting anything.  Anyone know of another gaming platform that is more user friendly?

Finally, Melting Moments, just started working again, took a while for the black screen to clear, happy days.

Doesn't work on edge either. Just a black screen. Seems like something that needs to be addressed by POGO.

same problem for me, followed all the instructions on clearing cache etc, nothing. 

If clearing the cache didn’t help, try a couple of other quick checks:

1. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl + F5) to force the game assets to reload.
2. Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or script blockers. They sometimes stop Pogo games from loading properly.
3. Try opening the game in a private/incognito window or another browser to see if it loads there.
4. Make sure Edge is fully updated, since Pogo games run on HTML5 and older builds can cause black screen issues.

If it still shows a black screen, it may be a temporary issue with the game itself since a few players are reporting the same thing in this section. In that case, reporting it through the Pogo bug report guide in the forum helps the team track it faster.

This started two days ago. The game used to load fine, now all I get is a black screen, never loads. I cleared cache, didn't help.

I get the same... I've tried Firefox, Windows Edge and Chrome on my desktop PC and same if I try on my andriod phone. All browsers are up to date. Not provided screenshot as you know what a black screen looks like

Looks like I have same issue so I will play other games 

Same, Using Chrome and Tried on Edge, same result black screen, I have clean all my POGO cache, have an upgraded browser.  The Graphic card was upgraded yesterday as was a WIN 10 Extended Update that was download and installed, all other games I played have loaded with no problem and have done a complete restart of the browser and PC, along with my modem and router.
