Did the troubleshooting steps help you with the error message on your iPad?

Could you pop up a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?
In the meantime, could you give these steps a try on your iPad:
- Restart your iPad (turn it off fully, and back on again)
- Check that your device and app have the latest updates.
- Close apps running in the background.
- Clear your Safari cache.
