Matching Moments issues

Every level I finish does not let me proceed to the next unless I complain somewhere in this forum.  Finding any technical support is almost impossible.  I'm tired of paying for something and then have to complain to get what I pay for.  I have been a member for over 20 years and would think that Pogo would improve over time.  I guess not.  Please fix this issue.  I love this game, but tired of trying.
