Matching Moments Love Event Not awarding rewards, falsely marks them claimed.

I paid for the premium event, but at each level won it won't let me click the claim button. When I close the event pop up box it marks levels as claimed without actually awarding them. It falsely shows that I have claimed 25 levels of rewards but it never granted them. I also contacted EA support directly and they opened and marked the case solved but dudn't do anything. They never refunded my lost gems or awarded any of the levels of rewards.

Same here, it's all claimed but can not click on any buttons. EA please fix this issue.

It just did it to me again for reward levels 24 and 25.

Having the same issue. No rewards! POGO will "fix" it but we are still OUT the rewards :(

I keep telling myself I'm going to cancel my subscription and delete my account. This is putting me over the top though.

Hey everyone,

Thank you for your posts and for describing what's been happening with the Love event. We don't currently have an update on this situation just yet, but I did just want to confirm this is on our radar, and we've passed this on.

As soon as we have any other information about this, we'll update the thread. Thanks for hanging in there while we're taking a look

same here. i already claimed up to level 15 then it started over. but wont let me claim

You would think with it happening to a lot of us, they would fix. I got to collect uo to 4.
