i play Matching Moments and I do not get Stars or see what level I am on. How can I get them back.

Have a story to finished.

I'm in Area 5 of the game and have been unable to move from Chapter 5 to Chapter 6.

I completed all the tasks for Chapter 5 but then the stable area went back to its original state and all the previous tasks were listed for me to complete again.  However, when I use stars to try and complete any tasks, nothing happens - so the storyline is gone also.  The game seems to be stuck in a loop somewhere.  At this rate, I suspect I will run out of levels before I get to complete the full storyline!

My browser and cache are both fine!

I would have replied on the existing thread but it's been closed. It says there that this issue is solved. It isn't. When I have infinite lives it keeps telling me I have infinite lives to play rather than letting me just play. It does get to the game eventually with enough closing of popups about infinite lives and playing the game, but then it takes me to the last level that I just completed rather than the next level. It's not a new issue, it's just got annoying enough after being given the same level again twice to see if other people are having the same issue. I play on my laptop using Firefox.

I just noticed this but I believe it has been happening for a while as I have no powerups after completing a certain number of first time level wins.  It pops up with the awards but they never go into my game.  

It has been happening to me for months now.  I stay on the coin level and only earn points for two months, then for exactly one day I get to level up and earn stars!  I doubt that I will renew my membership, this is no fun.

This has been happening for four months now.  For two months I stay on a Coin Level and cannot earn stars or level up.  Then I am able to play for exactly one day and the game reverts back to the coin level for two months.

Is this ever going to be fixed?

For over a week I was not accumulating stars despite winning games (and badges that required earning them).  Then yesterday I thought maybe it got fixed as my balance went from 130 to 400, which seemed about right.

Today back to 125.
