I'm having similar issues but the worst part was only getting 1 item out of the buried treasure chest during the last event (treasure trove). I hope the problem gets fixed before I get the chest in Coral Secrets event. Does anyone know if Pogo is working on this issue?
Who knows, they certainly haven't made mention of it, anywhere, either here or in the regular forums, nor under current issues, nor in the August Insider. Maybe they're hoping that we'll all develop mass amnesia.
I bet they figure it out if we all stop paying them.
Got 5 gold coins with treasure trove chest and 5 pink crystals with coral secrets chest. I don't think they are planning on making right and haven't acknowledged this either. Maybe they would listen if everybody boycotted them and didn't buy anything for a week. Hit them in the wallet and then we might get the treasure chest rewards due to those who finished treasure trove and coral secrets.
i am having the same problems, have not been able to play now going on 3 days: says lost connection, will not save any progress its all one big mess and this is not the first time. I have requested over and over for a human to contact me no automated but a human and so far no response. went into chat room and so many other people are having problems and nothing being done about this, just pathetic
