Merge Academy - Bought Coins and Didn't Get Them

I just bought 100 coins in Merge Academy for 30 gems and it took my gems and didn't give me the coins.  This game has really been messed up recently.  And unfortunately EA doesn't give you any way to actually contact them with a problem like this so I probably unfortunately just lost the gems... which cost actual money.  This along with the problem currently with the energy not generating or getting lost makes me want to bail on this game.

    Hi DNJWebb,

    Try logging out of the game and clearing your cookies, cache and history. Then log back in to see if the purchase appears. If it does not, you will have to contact Customer Support about the loss of gems/money.

    I want to check my order status > Order Status

    Following the steps then you should be able to chat or email instantly.

    As a Pogo player myself this is indeed a very frustrating situation.

    @abbycattx Thanks so much! Very helpful. I chatted with them and it's a known issue and they're working on it. No ETA but they will resolve. Really appreciate you taking the time to help me.

  • It took me a couple of times purchasing to realize I wasn't mistaken and did indeed lose gems and got no coins. If this issue is fixed, will we be getting our gems back? Gems are not cheap.

    This happened to me Nov. 22, 2024. I purchased 570 coins. It took my gems and didn't give me coins. Then, EA said I needed to post in forums to "see if anyone else has this issue". It shouldn't matter if I am the only one or if there are a bunch of us, we should be refunded!

    Hello! The Pogo Community Manager, Pogo Sconnie posted about this issue on October 31, 2024, so yes indeed others are having the same issue.

    All Pogo Forum communities are aware of this issue, and we are instructed to contact EA Help for further assistance.

  • Today a coin purchase I made in merge academy is not showing up, this is not the first time this has happened.
