Merge Academy forgetting progress again

I have the same thing happen in Merge Academy all day today so far what is going on???

I had the same issues s few times, refreshed the game, and still happening  And now it won't load at all.  

I'm also having the same problem all day long!! I've replayed this over and over and make sure I to save and exit and still I have to replay and when you're trying to do the side quest with the refrigerator - it's losing a lot of time for completing it - not to mention the other side quest that you can only make the first item and the second doesn't show up until the last day. 

Been having same issue with energy disappearing each time. Had over 1000 and now down below 700 with having to repeat spawns. I think the side quests are causing major issues with this game and need to stop so we can have a stable game. Each time a new side quests starts, there is a major issie

I am having trouble in Merge Academy, its not registering any of the my completions, eating up my coins, and when I do get complete an action, I am unable to collect on the Kaida Gardian, this is the same as last week, when I hit 50 it stops calculating and so I miss out on the prize.

Can anyone help here?

Merge Academy woes again.

The bonus daily game did not show up with Word Whomp and Bejeweled Stars. Was it added later?

I started play, used energy, resupply with rewards, spending that energy only to be told game play can't be saved. I play from a Kindle, using Chrome and Amazon Silk. I've used both for years. It seems the problems happen when there are changes in the game. Is there a fix?

By the way, love the Farm Merge Valley version! But I started getting the message game progress couldn't be saved in both Merge games

Same issue also with Farm merge valley --- along with Merge Academy. Had to restart several times during one session and lost some items along the way

This is a very aggravating problem about Merge not progressing.  It's like the movie Groundhog Day.  Just doing it over and  over again!

Yes, same issues. I was level 20 and had repaired the BBQ in Farm Merge. Now, I'm back to level 19. It cost me a lot of energy, crystals, etc, Now I am redoing it all over again. I'd like to start a trouble ticket but can never find the place to do it!
