Monopoly Sudoku - 124/128 stars with all Houses and Hotels

in monopoly soduko i have perchased all houses and hotel and the game says i need 128 stars to progress to airport, and i only got 124 stars and no where to purchase anything else. so now what?

I finished all of the hotels on all of the streets but I only have 126 stars out of 128. Somewhere I didn't get credit for all of them, just like not getting my offline money when the error notice comes up. I'm short about 5 million.

Has anyone received a fix or answer to the missing stars?  This is becoming a big joke as the issue has been ongoing for at least 4 weeks now
