Monopoly Sudoku - Charged but Powers Ups never came through - May 2026

now there's another glitch  I went to buy a 2X Puzzle earnings, didn't receive it tried again and still didn't get it.           

the game had no problem taking my gems             

WARNING: don't purchase any cards with gems until Pogo fixes this game that didn't need fixing to begin with

    I'm catching up with posts (I was out for a few days there) and just spotted yours. I'm sorry to hear you're missing the power-ups.

    Please get in touch with our support team as soon as you can. They can take a look at missing content issues and may be able to replace the gems you're missing from the power-ups after they investigate things. Let them know your Pogo username, the name of the game 'Monopoly Sudoku', the names of the power-ups that didn't come through, how much each costs in gems, and the date this happened; that should help them find things a bit faster. 

    To reach them, use these steps:

    • Open this guide: 'How do I get Club Pogo Renewal Rewards?'. 
    • Scroll to the bottom and click 'Contact Us' to start the chatbot:
      • Is this the game you need help with? 'Pogo™' > Yes
      • Tell us about the issue you're having > Missing Gems
      • Could you please share your first name and last name? > First name, Last name
      • Which platform are you playing Pogo™ on? > PC / Mac
      • Could you please share your email address? > type out email address
      • Is this what you need help with? 'Find missing content' > Yes, that's it
    • Once you select those options, this page should load. Under 'Contact an advisor', select the option to 'Chat with us'.

    Some of the options I've shared aren't a perfect match for this issue, but they are the best available options to open a case for missing content at the moment. Those should help you connect with the support team, who'll look into this for you from there.

    Same here and I’m getting tired of it.  The money lost was won by buying diamonds so in my mind you’re taking my money twice.  This evening before I logged off I had 13,334,307.  I got that stupid error code message.  When I logged back in I only had 333 something.  Might I suggest that you go back to the prior software until you get the bugs out of this one.

    I’m having the same issue.  Left the game with over 70 million but only had 41 million when I returned to the game.  Very frustrating

    Does Pogo read these posta ? I am sick of the problem with Monopoly Suduko, I am close to cancelling my yearly subscription, if  the problem is not fixed today I am gone !! Waste of money !!!

  • When I leave game and come back later I'm missing money.  5 to 10 million at a time.

    I ran out of second chance power ups and went to buy more. I was able to buy but it would not return from the buy screen to let me use one. At first I thought it was not taking my order as it would show me both uncovered and not let me use one. this happened several times so I got out and found I purchased 40 but could not use them. Please fix.
