In the past 3 days, I have lost at least 8 gems and a multitude of points trying to build on my city. I go through the process of playing the game and getting my points high enough to purchase the next step, but when i try to buy it, i get error code PCE-7. Then my points go down and I'm back where I started from. How do I find out what this error code means?
I heard that this has been a problem for several years with this game. When you get to city #9, you are just out of luck. Since the problem has existed for years, I wouldn't look for a fix any time soon.
I disagree. I am on city 14 (almost complete) and these problems just started a few days ago.
